We also connect you with our full team of experts: inspectors, lenders, well/septic specialists, appraisers, insurance agents, title examiners, and closing coordinators.Closing: Closing is the final step where ownership transfers to you. You and the seller sign the documents, funds are disbursed, and you get the keys. Your agent first does a final walk-through to ensure the home is in the same condition as when you agreed to buy it. Then our closing team guides you through the paperwork.How Much Does This Cost?
State law requires a signed buyer representation agreement before we can show you any homes. There is no upfront cost. Your agent is paid on commission only if and when you successfully buy a home. The rate is fully negotiable, and most buyers have the seller pay the commission at closing.
